Jamie Friedrich, MBA, CIHC, RYT-200 is the founder of Integrative Wellness KC, a practice rooted in the understanding that the body holds its own intelligence — and that healing begins when we stop working against it.

Jamie's work draws from a wide range of clinical and contemplative traditions, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, bioenergetic medicine, auriculotherapy, Ryodoraku, HeartMath and HRV coherence training, somatic nervous system re-patterning, integrative nutrition, sound healing, herbalism, astrology and yoga. This breadth is not accidental — it reflects a conviction that no single system holds all the answers, and that lasting change occurs at the intersection of science and spirituality.

She believes each person arrives with a unique energetic blueprint — and that symptoms, at their deepest level, are invitations toward wholeness rather than problems to be suppressed. This perspective informs not just how she treats, but how she listens.

Her path into this work was shaped by her own experience navigating conventional medicine and a long-standing inquiry into the nature of healing itself. Jamie is currently completing her Doctorate in Bioenergetic Medicine through the Institute of Bioenergetic Medicine (IBEM).

Clients come to Jamie when something feels persistently off — chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, autoimmune conditions, depression, or simply a need for clarity that conventional approaches haven't provided. What they find is a practitioner who listens carefully, assesses thoroughly, and works at the level of root cause — identifying and clearing the energetic and physiological patterns that keep the body from returning to its natural balance and capacity for self-healing.

Be the change that you wish to see in the world.
