Jamie Friedrich, MBA, CIHC, RYT-200, is the founder of Integrative Wellness KC — anchored in a simple truth: the body holds its own intelligence, and healing begins when we clear the way for it to do what it already knows how to do.
Illuminate. Liberate. Integrate. This is the arc of the work — bringing what's hidden into awareness, releasing what no longer serves the body's natural rhythm, and letting that awareness reshape behavior, perception, and the overall harmony of your life.
Jamie's approach works directly with the body's energy systems — the meridians, chakras, and broader bioenergetic field — alongside nervous system regulation and the subconscious and unconscious beliefs that keep old patterns in place. She draws from bioenergetic medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, auricular therapy, HeartMath, sound healing, herbalism, and energy psychology. This breadth reflects her belief that no single system holds every answer, and that lasting change happens when we listen deeply and honor what body, mind, and spirit are telling us.
She meets each person as a whole person — not a list of symptoms — and listens for what they're actually pointing toward.
Her path into this work was shaped by her own experience navigating conventional medicine, and a long-standing inquiry into what healing actually requires. Jamie is currently pursuing doctoral-level studies in Bioenergetic Medicine through the Institute of Bioenergetic Medicine (IBEM), Class of 2028.
Clients come to Jamie when something feels persistently off — chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, hormonal imbalance, autoimmune conditions, depression — or when they're seeking something less tangible: greater clarity, deeper connection, or an expansion of consciousness that conventional approaches haven't provided a path toward. What they find is a practitioner who listens carefully, assesses thoroughly, and works at the level of root cause — clearing the way for you to come back into harmony.
Be the change that you wish to see in the world.
